About Alexander Devine Children’s Hospice Service
Alexander Devine Children’s Hospice Service provides vital specialist care and support to babies, children and young people with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions, and their families, across Berkshire, South Bucks and into surrounding counties.
We operate from our purpose-built children’s hospice, just up the road in Snowball Hill, Maidenhead, but also a significant amount of our hospice service is carried out in the community. This might be in the family home, in hospital or in schools. Wherever the child and family needs us.

Your support will really make a difference to children like Edith.
On the 8th of July 2023, Edith was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia. Since her diagnosis, Edith has visited Alexander Devine for day care, her sister Eliza has attended our sibling days and her dad, Steve, has received counselling.
